Using our store

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Do not use this website for unlawful activity, misuse our services or infringe the rights of others. Our product photographs and descriptions help you choose a product; screen settings may affect the appearance of colours.

Products, prices and orders

Prices and available options are displayed on product pages and at checkout. The checkout total shows the charges that apply to your order before you pay. Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items.

Please check your order details before submitting. If you need to correct or cancel an order, email us promptly with your order number. We will explain the available next steps based on the order's progress. This does not limit your statutory cancellation rights.

Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom with free shipping and no minimum order value. Estimated delivery is 7–9 business days, including 1–2 business days of processing and 6–7 business days in transit after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day return policy and return process are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods, are not affected.
