Our 30-day return policy
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. For our voluntary extended return policy, items must be new, unworn and unused, with their original packaging. These conditions do not remove your statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
How to arrange a return
- Email contact@velmoroparis.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. A reason is not required for a change-of-mind cancellation.
- We will provide the return address and instructions by email.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us and keep your proof of posting.
The company address below is a business correspondence address. Do not send goods there unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Contacting us for instructions does not make a statutory cancellation subject to our approval.
Return shipping costs
You pay the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. Velmoro covers the necessary return shipping cost for defective, damaged or incorrect goods; contact us for instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier where applicable law requires, including where proof of return triggers the statutory deadline. Your payment provider may require additional time to show the credit. Any standard outbound delivery charge paid is refunded where required by law; our current UK standard shipping is free.
UK cancellation and faulty-goods rights
For most online purchases, UK consumers can notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods and then have a further 14 days to return them. You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. Where the law permits, a deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. Original packaging and an entirely unused condition are not absolute conditions of statutory cancellation.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are handled under applicable consumer law. Our 30-day voluntary policy does not limit statutory rights that may continue beyond that period.
